This is a good burger and tots. I will be changing my route from Portland to Enterprise so I can stop at Hal’s every damn time. Great food, friendly staff. Well done!

I sat at the order window for 5 timed minutes while the girls inside played around doing little tasks like stacking foam cups, talking, and appearing to have a good time. They never acknowledged I was there. I left and drove across town to DQ where I was warmly welcomed.

My favorite Pendleton stop. Delicous old school cheeseburger and fries. Incredibly friendly drive through service. The cook even came to comment on the chihuahuas in our car. We'll be back!
